1. Return Eligibility

You can return any unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. The shoes must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Step 2: Provide your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  • Step 3: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective item or the wrong product).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
