    Available for all U.S. addresses.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    Available for all U.S. addresses. Additional fees apply.

  • Overnight Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.
    Available for all U.S. addresses. Additional fees apply.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. You will be able to view the total shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (please check the website for current promotion details).

3. Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our services. Please check back for updates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, Quipynaapo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  • High order volume during peak seasons.

We recommend that you place orders early to ensure timely delivery, especially during busy seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events).

7. Address Accuracy

It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. Quipynaapo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you realize that you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@quipynaapo.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the address, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees or issues related to undelivered packages.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If the issue isn’t resolved, please get in touch with our customer support team at info@quipynaapo.com. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.

9. PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) at this time.
